Monday, October 27: Preschool Halloween Craft Programs conducted by the Young Women’s League of New Canaan from 9:30-10:15 a.m. or 10:45-11:30 a.m. in the Children’s Program Room.
Thursday, November 6: Bridgeport Sound Tigers Program. Visit with players from Bridgeport’s hockey team from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the Children’s Program Room. For children ages 6 – 13 and their parents. Call 594-5002 to register.

Monday, November 10: Author Vivian Swift discusses her new book, “When Wanderers Cease to Roam: A Traveler’s Journal of Staying Put,” at 7:30 p.m. in the Lamb Room. All programs co-sponsored by Elm Street Books. Register online or call 594-5003 to register.

Nonprofit Resource Center at the Library
Tuesday, October 14: Nonprofit Resource Center at the Library opening reception and breakfast at 8:30 a.m. in the Tech Center. The Nonprofit Resource Center has books and online resources to help local nonprofit organizations plan and manage their activities, build effective boards, and fundraise.
