Authors on Stage

Sunday, March 22: Author Preston Keat, will discuss his most recent book, “The Fat Tail: The Power of Political Knowledge for Strategic Investing,” at 4 p.m. in the Lamb Room.
Tuesday, March 24: Author Jerry Glowczewski discusses hi new book, “The Accidental Immigrant” at 7:30 p.m. in the Lamb Room.
Wednesday, March 25: Under the Writer's Veil: Mystery Writers of America / NY with Rosemary Harris, “The Big Dirt Nap,” Jane Cleland “Killer Keepsakes,” and Meredith Cole “Posed for Murder.” At 12 noon in the Lamb Room. Reservations required for this luncheon program.

Planning & Paying for College

Monday, March 30: Howard Greene, President of Howard Greene & Associates, a leading college counseling firm, and Matthew Greene, co-authors of the books in the Greenes’ Guides to Educational Planning Series will be discussing Planning and Paying for College at 7:00 p.m. in the Lamb Room. Hospice Art Exhibit

Wednesday, April 1: Opening reception for the exhibit, Completing the Journey: The Art of Hospice Care, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. in the Lamb Room. Cosponsored by Masonicare Home Health& Hospice. The exhibit is an extraordinary and powerful multi-media display depicting the use of the arts in hospice care. It is a collection of paintings, drawings, photography, poetry, shadow boxes and more that have been done with, for and about ordinary people at the end of their lives. The exhibit has helped people understand the major role art and art therapy can play in helping patients and families cope with a terminal illness.
