2008 William Attwood Lecture

Thursday, May 1: Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Russell Baker, delivers the annual Attwood Lecture at 7 p.m. in the Lamb Room. He will present the Confessions of a Media Liberal.

“(Not) Just for Kids”

Saturday, April 26: “(Not) Just for Kids” is presented by members of the Norwalk Symphony. Children ages 4 to 10 and their parents will be introduced to the brass section of the orchestra at 4 p.m. in the Lamb Room.

Friends Film Discussion

Thursday, April 24: Discussion of the Ingmar Bergman’s films, “The Lives of Others” and “The Seventh Seal,” at 7:30 p.m. in the Plaut Room. Copies of the DVDs are available for loan. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Music of the Movies

Sunday, April 20: Regina Todd and George Baker perform "Music of the Movies," a concert featuring songs from Forty-Second Street, Swing Time, The Rose, The Way We Were and Beaches, at 2 p.m. in the Lamb Room.
